Record exact commit for VCS sources in .SRCINFO

I wanted to discuss a feature request that I thought could be a small but possibly useful addition: With the previously merged feature of VCS checksumming one can now nicely use tags and checksums in `PKGBUILDS` for VCS sources and detect retags by the upstream maintainers. What's currently missing though is the ability for packagers to tell when there is a source mismatch from which commit to which other one the upstream repo has moved the tag and which changes this entails, so I think an easy solution for this would be to have a field in `.SRCINFO` that shows the exact commit sha the tag resolved to at build time. I'm not yet sure on the implementation details (i.e. how we could best map this information into the `.SRCINFO` file) but would be willing to work on it. Before starting out with the actual work I thought I'd ask for feedback on the feature first. Remaining questions are: 1. Do the pacman developers share the opionion that this would be a useful addition to pacman? 2. Are there (feasible) alternative solutions? 3. Do all supported version control systems support this? cc @anthraxx who contributed the original MR !9
